We at Durham Electrical Supply will do our very best to serve our customers. We do not condone any disrespectful behaviour or hate speech as our employees are trying their very best to assist you. We do not provide any faulty equipment and will only serve products that are on par with industrial standards. For item returns, please look at our return policy below.
Return Policy
All returns and exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase. Please note all items have a 20% restock fee.
Products are eligible for return if:
- items are in original packaging
- goods are accompanied with the original receipt
Specific products that are ineligible for return include:
- Any products containing electrical components
